Weight-loss isn’t about diets.

Most people would say they simply don’t have enough willpower. It isn’t about that either. It’s about figuring out what drives you to overeat. Are you filling voids in your life with food?  Do you eat when you’re happy, sad, nervous, bored or lonely? Do you have just 10-20 pounds to lose and eat simply because it tastes good?  Every client is unique so every program is customized especially for you.  We will work together and figure out first what drives that hungry feeling that makes you overeat.

I get to the root of those feelings and resolve them.  Once that happens, I teach your mind that food is only used for nutritional purposes, like fuel for your car!  You will begin to see your thoughts, behaviors and habits change as the weeks progress and the pounds melt off!  I help you to see maybe for the very first time that hope is realistic and that change is not only possible but very much within your reach! Changing your thoughts is the first step!

A two year follow up study with wieght loss clients who used hypnosis, found they were more likely to continue to lose weight and keep that weight off!
